TICKET BOOKING
No problem! Via this LINK you can download your e-tickets or have them sent to you again by e-mail.
The festival is aimed at adults of all ages. If you want to bring your children, they are also welcome from the age of 12. Please note: Minors also pay the regular fee and must be supervised by you at all times, especially during the evening event. Those who are 16 or 17 years old can also take part unsupervised. The evening event ends at 1.00 am. As a precaution, we would like to point out that alcoholic drinks will also be sold at the drinks counters; of course, all youth protection regulations apply here.
The booking only contains the name of the person placing the order. If you have booked several tickets, the other guests do not have to be mentioned by name. This means that the ticket can easily be passed on to another person. The tickets are redeemed for paper wristbands that have an adhesive seal and can be attached by each guest themselves - so one person could take the admission wristbands for a whole group.
You can book tickets online for up to ten people at the same time. The entire booking is then made in the name of the person placing the order; the other participants do not need to be named when booking. The person placing the order then collects all the admission wristbands etc. on site and distributes them within the group.
You are more than ten people? Please send us a message to festivals@gutmann-events.de.
As the tickets are not personalized, this is no problem. As the invoice recipient, you pay for the ticket after receiving the booking confirmation. The invoice and the email with the ticket in PDF form and as a Passbook file will be sent to your email address after receipt of payment.
You can then give the ticket to the person receiving the gift, either in electronic form (PDF / Passbook file) or as a printout.
Yes, we also offer evening tickets. You can find more information about ticket options here and all information about evening events here.
In the past, it has unfortunately increasingly happened that bookings have been made "pro forma" in order to reserve tickets (and possibly seats) on the off-chance. Due to the previously very accommodating cancellation policy or no-show policy and the corresponding simple refund, many interested parties were unable to book tickets, especially towards the end of the pre-sale, even though they had not been used. We have therefore decided to adjust the regulations in order to give all guests the chance to get their desired tickets for as long as possible. These conditions will therefore apply from 2026:
If you cancel up to 15 days before the start of the festival, 75% of the amount you have paid will be refunded.
If you cancel between 14 and eight days before the start of the festival, 50% of the amount you have paid will be refunded.
Cancellations are no longer possible from the seventh day before the start of the festival!
Our tip: As the tickets are not personalized, you can pass them on to third parties at any time.
Discounts from competitions, partner promotions etc. are not taken into account here, with the exception of monetary discounts such as gift vouchers purchased in advance.
Partial refunds are not possible. Exceptions to this are bookings for several people on one invoice where individual tickets are canceled. The same time restrictions apply here as for a full cancellation.
This regulation does not apply to hotel bookings or other costs incurred in connection with the festival (such as travel, postage, etc.). The prerequisite for a refund is the notification in writing (by e-mail to festivals@gutmann-events.de or by letter [registered mail recommended] to Gutmann Events GmbH & Co. KG, Leo-Wohleb-Str. 1, 79098 Freiburg) within the above-mentioned deadlines.
FACTS AND FIGURES ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
It's like the "little sister" of the Ladies Only Festival at Europa-Park. The Freiburg edition offers a wide range of workshops for both fitness pros and newbies. Over four days, you can put together your own personal festival program from over 200 workshops – taught by the best in their field. In addition, various evening events will take place on Thursday, Freiburg, and Saturday after the workshops – you can find all the information about the evening events here.
At the Ballhaus in Freiburg. The multifunctional building, built in 2016 within walking distance of the historic old town, offers almost 2500 square meters of dance floor space for the highest demands.
In 2027, the premises of the Freiburg Concert Hall will also be added, giving you even more choice of workshops.
The organizer is Gutmann Events GmbH & Co. KG. The Freiburg dance school Gutmann, host of the Ballhaus, acts as a consultant.
The name says it all - the festival is therefore exclusively for women. The different ages, interests and sporting levels of the guests complement each other perfectly, as the festival program offers many different workshops and seminars. Regardless of age and physical fitness.
By the way: Although men are not admitted as visitors, they are indispensable behind the scenes for the organization of the festival. That's why you will occasionally come across (male) trainers, photographers, exhibitors, DJs, festival organizers and employees of Gutmann Events and the Gutmann Dance School.
It is not always possible to plan all duty and shift schedules in such a way that the corresponding female counterparts can be deployed. But as far as we can, we make workshops and the evening event a "male-free zone"!
ADMISSION AND TICKETS
Bring your e-ticket to Freiburg either digitally as a PDF file or wallet / passbook file on your smartphone or in printed form. We will scan the QR code on it on site at the festival information desks - where you will also receive your admission wristband.
Our information desk is usually staffed from one hour before the workshop begins. We will post the exact times online in good time before the event.
The admission desk in the Ballhaus is located on the upper floor: go up the stairs at the Ballhaus, walk through the glass door, and you will see us straight away.
We will publish our opening hours online in good time before the event.
PROGRAM
A preliminary version of the timetable will be online shortly after the start of advance sales. It will be added to gradually. The latest version of the timetable can be found here.
It is not necessary to register for the individual workshops - you simply decide spontaneously on site which of the offers you would like to take advantage of. If the workshop is not suitable in terms of level, you can leave the room at any time and switch to another workshop. There are a few workshops that are limited by the number of devices - the rule here is: first come, first serve.
For a better overview, we have divided the workshops into the following categories:
Lectures
Inspiring impulses and sound knowledge on fitness, health and well-being.
Cardio
High-energy workouts that promote endurance, stamina and stamina.
Strength
Effective training methods for muscle building, functional strength and physical power.
Body & Mind
Holistic sessions that combine movement, mindfulness and relaxation.
Dance
Thrilling dance workshops that combine rhythm, coordination and the joy of movement.
GENERAL
The Ballhaus Freiburg is easily accessible by public transport. The streetcar stop "Brauerei Ganter / Ballhaus Freiburg" on line 1 (from the main station in the direction of Littenweiler) is practically on the doorstep. Bicycle parking spaces are located behind the building.
By car: There are two parking garages within walking distance - parking directly at the Ballhaus is not available. The "Schwabentor-Garage" and the "Schlossberg-Garage" are 5 and 10 minutes' walk away respectively.
Have your e-ticket ready (whether on your cell phone or printed out). Warm clothing for the outdoor paths. We also recommend a sports or yoga mat (no possibility to rent / buy on site) as well as sneakers and a towel.
We offer a large selection of drinks and small snacks in the Ballhaus. For lunch and dinner, you will find some suggestions for restaurants and cafés in the area on this page.
The Ballhaus has a changing area with two showers on the upper floor and a small changing room in the basement. Please note: Please bring all utensils (soap, shower gel, towel etc.) with you.
There are no "real" quiet rooms in the Ballhaus during the festival, and there is always a lot of activity in the corridors and hallways and in the foyer area - so the topic of "sleeping/resting" in a pram/travel cot could be a challenge. We use virtually all the available space - so it is (almost) always "busy". Please note: We cannot assume any supervisory duties at any time, not even for a short time.
We actively advise against attending the workshops and the evening event with babies or small children, but if you have a child with you, hearing protection is mandatory - we of course pay attention to all relevant noise protection values, but these are measured for adults; the reactions of the guests are also louder or not, depending on the workshop. During the evening event, we work a lot with lighting effects, changing light colors and intensities, etc.
Have you lost something? For lost property in the Ballhaus, please ask at the information desk in the foyer. After the end of the festival, please contact Gutmann Events (see contact).
