TICKET AND HOTEL BOOKING
Hotel accommodation is booked directly with the Europa-Park hotels independently of the festival ticket. When booking, you can benefit from special prices during the festival period if you book with the keyword "Ladies Only Festival". Included are the rich breakfast buffet and the use of the sauna and pool areas. All details about the hotel booking can be found here.
The festival is aimed at adults of all ages. If you bring your daughter/daughters with you, they are also welcome from the age of 12. Please note: Minors also pay the regular fee and must be supervised by you at all times, especially during the evening event. Those who are 16 or 17 years old can also take part unsupervised. The evening event ends at around midnight and all guests must leave the event rooms by 1 a.m. at the latest. We would like to point out that alcoholic drinks will also be sold at the drinks counters; of course, all youth protection regulations apply here.
Bring your e-ticket with you to Rust, either printed out or as a PDF file on your smartphone. We will scan the QR code on it on site at the festival info counters - and there you will also receive your admission wristband. The information desks are open as follows:
Lobby Hotel Colosseo
Pre-Check-In: Thursday 17.30 - 21.00
Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8.30 - 10.00 a.m.
Foyer EP Dome
Friday 8.30 - 18.00
Saturday 8.30 - 21.00
Sunday 8.30 - 18.00
The following ticket options are available:
- Three-day ticket: Friday, Saturday and Sunday (three days of workshops + one evening event (on Saturday))
- Day tickets: Friday, Saturday or Sunday (Saturday: workshops + evening event; Friday and Sunday only workshops - no evening event)
- Half-day ticket (only on Friday!): Admission from 12.30 p.m. on Friday; valid for all workshops after the lunch break (no evening event on Friday)
- Evening ticket Saturday (sale only directly on site at the box office)
More information here.
The ticket only contains the name of the person who ordered it. If you have booked several tickets, the other guests do not need to be mentioned by name. This means that the ticket can easily be passed on to another person. Please note: The admission wristband for the three-day ticket must always be put on by our staff directly at check-in (the closure of the fabric band is sealed with special pliers) - therefore holders of such a ticket must appear in person. All other tickets are redeemed for paper wristbands that have an adhesive seal and can be attached by each guest themselves - so one person could take the admission wristbands for a whole group with them.
Make a regular booking and select the relevant ticket in the first step. In the second step "Continue to data entry", enter the name of the recipient under "Ticket holder", your e-mail address and check the box "This ticket is a gift".
Then click on "Continue to payment". There you enter your own billing address and bank details. As the invoice recipient, you pay for the ticket. The booking confirmation with the ticket in PDF form will be sent to the e-mail address given under the billing address.
You can then give the ticket to the person receiving the gift, either in electronic form (PDF) or as a printout.
You can book tickets online for up to ten people at the same time. The entire booking is then made in the name of the person placing the order; the other participants do not need to be named when booking. The person making the booking then collects all the admission wristbands etc. on site (with the exception of the three-day ticket, see below) and then distributes them within the group.
Please note: The admission wristband for the three-day ticket must always be put on by our staff directly at check-in (the closure of the fabric band is sealed with special pliers) - therefore, holders of such a ticket must appear in person.
Are you more than ten guests? Please send us a message to anmeldung@ladies-only-festival.com.
Yes, we also offer an evening ticket for Saturday evening. You can find all the details about the show & party here.
If you just want to go shopping on the marketplace, leave a deposit - ID card or driving license - at the entrance in the EP Dome foyer (Confertainment Center area). You can then spend an hour in the EP Arena free of charge. Please note - if the deposit is not redeemed after 60 minutes, you will have to buy a day ticket afterwards - at full price if you enter before the lunch break and at half price if you enter during or after the lunch break.
In the event of your no-show (for whatever reason), 75% of the amount you have paid will be refunded. It is irrelevant whether your inability to attend has already been determined in advance of the festival or only on the first day or evening of the festival that you have booked. Discounts from competitions, partner promotions etc. will not be taken into account, with the exception of monetary discounts such as gift vouchers purchased in advance.
All visitors who have not redeemed their tickets purchased in advance for admission wristbands etc. by 5 p.m. on the last booked festival day are deemed to be unable to attend and not present at the festival. Partial refunds are not possible, e.g. arrival on Sunday does not entitle the holder to a refund of a ticket for Saturday. Exceptions to this are bookings for several people on one invoice where tickets are not collected on a pro rata basis. In this case, a refund of 75% will be made for the part of the booking for which no tickets were collected.
This regulation does not apply to hotel bookings or other costs incurred in connection with the festival (such as travel, postage, etc.). The prerequisite for a refund is notification in writing (by e-mail or letter) within 30 days of the end of the festival to Gutmann Events GmbH & Co. KG.
ARRIVAL & ADMISSION (PARKING / EP-EXPRESS)
All information on how to get here, whether by car or public transport, can be found on the Europa-Park website. Guests of the hotel resorts can park for free in the hotel parking lots.
With your admission wristband (pick it up at one of the festival information desks) you can travel for free on the "EP-Express" elevated train between the hotels and the EP Dome area, where more than half of all offers and the evening events take place, and where the marketplace awaits you.
Guests who are staying overnight or only traveling for one day (or only for the evening event) can park their car free of charge in the main Europa-Park parking lot. To do this, please drive towards the park entrance (under the road) at the level of the "Colosseo" hotel (you can already see the large multi-storey "Colosseum" arch from a distance). Follow the road until you reach the main parking lot. From there it is only a 3-4 minute walk to the entrance to the EP Dome foyer. With your admission wristband you can then take the "EP-Express" elevated train between the hotel area and the EP Dome area free of charge.
The halls in the hotel area will be open from around 9 am. Admission to the EP Dome foyer ("Confertainment" area) begins at around 8.30 a.m.; the auditorium will also open there at around 9 a.m.
Please note for Sunday: From 2024, the Ladies Only Festival will take place on the third day exclusively in the hotel area (and in the Talent Academy Europa-Park); with your ticket you can attend the beginner workshops (Level 1) of the Line Dance Festival taking place at the same time in the "Confertainment" area at no extra charge!
Admission to the EP Dome foyer ("Confertainment" area) on Saturday evening starts at 5.30 p.m., as the "Line Dance Festival" also starts there at the same time. The marketplace in the EP Arena is open continuously until 9 pm. The hall will then open for the show acts at around 9 pm. Please note the special features regarding the events taking place at the same time - all details can be found here.
Your e-ticket (see above). Warm clothing for walking outside. Both for the way from the parking lot to the location, as well as to the EP-Express elevated train and between the halls. We also recommend a sports or yoga mat (no possibility to rent / buy on site).
The monorail "EP-Express" connects the two festival areas "Confertainment Center" and "Hotel Resort". Use is free for all guests. The journey time is between 10 and 12 minutes.
The first ride starts at around 8.30 a.m. at the "Hotel Resort" station, on the other side of the road opposite the "Colosseo" hotel (direct access through the underpass next to the parking deck). On Tuesday and Sunday evenings, the last trains leave approximately one hour after the end of the workshops. From Wednesday to Saturday, the last ride is around 0.45 am.
The train runs throughout the day if the weather conditions permit - there are usually two trains on the circuit, as well as in the evening. In four out of five cases, it "fits" exactly so that you manage a complete change of area between two workshops.
But of course, it can also happen that a train "runs out in front of you". It only takes a few minutes for the second train to arrive - but if you want to be on the safe side, you can also take your car for the distance (approx. 1.5 km) and park it free of charge in the main Europa-Park parking lot (5 minutes' walk to the EP Dome entrance area) or in one of the hotel parking lots.
Snow and ice are the exception rather than the rule at festival times. However, for safety reasons, the EP-Express has to stop at the depot or one of the stations when temperatures drop below zero or ice forms on the tracks; even in this case, the quickest way between the two festival areas is by car.
PROGRAM
A preliminary version of the timetable will be online shortly after the start of advance sales. It will be added to gradually. Unfortunately, some of our trainers are not yet able to make a definite commitment for the following year, even in the second half of the year, as some tournament or filming dates (especially in the case of well-known TV dancers and judges) are not yet finalized so far in advance. You can find the latest timetable here.
It is not necessary to register for the individual workshops - you simply decide spontaneously on site which of the offers you would like to take advantage of. If the workshop is not suitable in terms of level, you can leave the room at any time and switch to another workshop.
The workshops are structured in such a way that every visitor can take part, regardless of their fitness level: You set your own pace. For many workshops, the description also gives an indication of the expected intensity - if you are unsure, please ask us in advance or speak to the trainer before the class begins.
Every year we receive hundreds of letters, e-mails, calls and posts with suggestions, tips and recommendations to invite that sought-after trainer / dancer / choreographer or to consider that particular workshop. We appreciate every tip and really look at every suggestion.
The festival grows from year to year, and even if we invite between 30 and 40 new trainers per edition, we will never be able to fulfill everyone's wishes. We are also now using every available space and can hardly offer any more choice for reasons of space alone.
The combination of precise analysis of the number of visitors to each individual workshop and trainer with an annually changing range of suitable alternatives allows us to introduce changes without stopping at the most popular workshops, dance styles and trainers.
GENERAL
In the area of the Confertainment Center, Europa-Park's event catering will provide you with food and drinks throughout the day (not included in the ticket price). There is also a selection of different cafés, restaurants and bars in the hotel resorts. Of course, you can also bring your own food and drinks to the festival site. You can find more information here.
Even if you are not staying in one of the Europa-Park hotels recommended by us, you can use the showers and changing rooms in the spa area of the Hotel Colosseo with your admission wristband for that day. There are no showers or changing rooms available in the "Confertainment Center" area. Please note: Please bring all utensils (soap, shower gel, towel etc.) with you.
Have you lost something? For lost property in the hotels, please ask at the respective hotel reception. Lost property in the EP Dome area will initially be collected at the festival information desks and handed in to the Europa-Park lost and found office (Tel: +49 7822 77 28100 or email: fundbuero@europapark.de) after the festival has ended.
FESTIVAL DATA AND FIGURES
The Ladies Only Festival is Europe's first workshop festival exclusively for women. Every year, up to 150 workshops and seminars in the areas of fitness, dance, health, beauty and wellness are offered on up to three days in spring. The premiere was in January 2014.
In the event halls of Europa-Park in Rust near Freiburg. Europa-Park is Germany's largest theme park with over six million visitors a year. The festival uses the conference and seminar rooms in the "Confertainment Center" as well as halls in the park's resort hotels and in the "Talent Academy Europa-Park". Just over half of the workshops and evening events take place in the Confertainment Center, where the marketplace is also located.
The name says it all - the festival is therefore exclusively for women. The different ages, interests and sporting levels of the guests complement each other perfectly, as the festival program offers many different workshops and seminars. Regardless of age and physical fitness.
By the way: Although men are not admitted as visitors, they are indispensable behind the scenes for the organization of the festival. That's why you will occasionally encounter (male) trainers, exhibitors, DJs, festival organizers and Europa-Park employees.
It is not always possible to plan all duty and shift schedules in such a way that the corresponding female counterparts can be deployed. But as far as we can, we make workshops and the evening event a "male-free zone"!
You can find out more about the regulations for the evening event here.
